Ever since I was a kid, I had a fascination with cleaning spaces. As an 11-year-old, the idea of Junk Generals was born. With my dad as my number two, I started door knocking and finding work. All through middle and high school, I just kept doing the same thing. Eventually, after hiring all my friends and slowly venturing outside of our neighborhood in Marietta, I made the leap and turned it into a real licensed and insured business! Since then, we have grown more and more and, as of 2026, offer our full-service Junk Removal in Bartow County!

We have been serving Bartow County basically since the beginning. One of our favorite disposal sites is actually just past Emerson on Paga Mine Rd. We have been working in the county for so long that we have done everything from clearing and brush hogging a 6-acre field in Cartersville to cleaning a whole office out in White.

We had one customer where we had a little miscommunication and showed up to a storage unit clear-out in Cartersville at 11 when we were supposed to be there at 1. At least it allowed us to have lunch at Fire It Up BBQ! We are excited to no longer just be servicing some Cartersville, Emerson, and White, but every city in Bartow County including Cartersville, Emerson, Adairsville, Euharlee, Kingston, Taylorsville, White, Allatoona, Cassville, Rydal, and Stilesboro.

Pricing

The way we charge is a little difficult to write down. There are a number of factors that come together to get us to a quote. Essentially, we charge based on volume, as well as the time it takes and the weight. With that said, we do have a number of basic prices that can help you understand what it is going to cost, but we always encourage our customers to reach out and find out about your exact load!

  • Minimum Pickup: $185

  • Full load in Driveway/Curbside/Garage: $650

  • Full load going into customer’s houses: $750

  • Full load of heavy/construction debris: $850

Along with regular household and commercial junk, we are also set up to accept harder-to-dispose-of items like yard waste, dirt, concrete, pianos, mattresses, and paint. Disposal / Recycling / Donation

Here at Junk Generals, we put a very important focus on reuse and recycling. We do that by making sure that we keep all of the local charities and nonprofits, as well as recycling facilities, on a route so we can keep items out of the dump! We are able to recycle virtually all of the metal, cardboard, paper, yard waste, concrete, dirt, and brick we take in. Whatever’s left does end up at a dump, but only a legal landfill or transfer station! In 2025, we recycled almost 100% of the appliances we picked up, and that’s a real dedication!

Is Junk Generals expensive? It is more expensive than if you were to do it yourself, but if you value things like not having a broken back and being able to sleep in on Saturday instead of waiting in line at the dump, then it’s super fair! We are also almost always able to help you at least form a plan no matter what the budget!

Is anything too big or too small for Junk Generals? No!!! We handle it all, from a small pickup of an old arm chair in the basement to a whole house demo and property cleanup.
