I grew up and started this business in East Cobb, so Roswell was only about 2 miles away from my childhood house on Post Oak Tritt. We have cleared out whole offices on Mimosa, gotten basketball hoops in Briarcliff, and taken huge piles of dirt in Milton.

We are also willing to venture over 285 a little; based on the size of the job, we can occasionally work in Dunwoody, Brookhaven, and Buckhead. We have done jobs in every part of North Fulton. For instance, we have stories in Johns Creek taking out a large concrete planter, and Mountain Park taking an oversize king-sized bed for someone almost 7 feet tall. By the way, that mattress was really heavy!

Our pricing varies a good bit from job to job, and even city to city. We have to charge based on a few different things: size, weight, and difficulty of a job. For example, if you demo a bathroom and need us to haul the tile away, the charge would be different if the pile of tile is still upstairs in the bathroom or sitting in a pile in the driveway!

With that said, we have a minimum charge in Mountain Park, Roswell, and Sandy Springs of $165, then Milton, Johns Creek, and Alpharetta at $185. We always recommend that customers reach out with your specific job to get your own individual quote. That said, we have a few bullet points to show some average pricing we use:

  • Minimum Pickup: $165-$185

  • Full load in Driveway/Curbside/Garage: $650

  • Full load going into customer’s house: $750

  • Full load of heavy/construction debris: $850

We also handle harder-to-dispose-of items like yard waste, dirt, concrete, pianos, mattresses, and paint. Disposal, Recycling, and Donation

We do our very best to keep items out of landfills. We do that by implementing donation and recycling into our routes. Roswell specifically actually has some of the nicest donation and recycles that we go to! We are able to take it all, but do our best, and in 2025, we were even able to keep almost 100% of our appliances out of the landfill!
