Junk Removal Services in Cumming

Do you live in Cumming and love your home, but hate how messy it is? Do you get no peace because you’re just always “cleaning?” Is cleaning really just moving junk from one place to another and nothing’s really changing? Junk Generals is here to help take that junk away! We have been doing this since 2018 and know what we’re doing. We have the experience and know-how, so you can trust that your project is handled!

Pricing

We charge based on a few different factors:

  • Size: The main factor is just based on how large your pile is.

  • Weight: The second main thing that we look at is how heavy your junk is. The more it weighs, the more it costs to dispose of it, so it has to be accounted for when coming up with a quote.

  • Time/Difficulty: The longer we are on site at a customer’s job, we have to charge more to justify our time.

You can look at a refrigerator as an example. If the fridge is in the garage vs. upstairs, the price will reflect where it is and how much it weighs to get out. We have a basic load rate that is a general starting point, which is also reflected below:

  • Minimum Pickup: $200

  • Full load in driveway/garage/ready to go: $650

  • Full load still inside/around house: $750

  • Full load of heavy/construction materials: $850

Where Does the Junk Go?

Junk Generals does all we can to keep items out of the landfill. We do have to dump items when they cannot be brought to another facility, but when they can be, they go to:

  • Donation: This is always our first stop to ensure that good items are able to be loved by new owners.

  • Recycling: While everything cannot be recycled, we can recycle a surprising amount of metal, cardboard, paper, yard waste, dirt, brick, and concrete.

  • Dumping: What’s left does end up at a dump, but only at local landfills and transfer stations.

Basically, you never have to worry with Junk Generals that your items will end up in a pile on the side of 400.

Can We Work for Anyone?

We can work for anyone, commercial or residential. In Cumming, off of Lake Lanier, we were able to help a property management customer with an eviction. We helped this specific customer handle the eviction on the day of, removing all the items out of the home, and then were able to come back after 24 hours to remove all the items that remained. After that, the owner of the management company had us come back to his individual house, also on the lake, and pick up his broken refrigerator. Basically, if you live in the local Cumming area and you have junk that needs to disappear, Junk Generals has you covered!
