Junk Removal Services in Ellijay

Junk Generals was started in 2018, and since then, we have been busy. We have worked all over, but our base of operations and where we have done most of our work is in Marietta. Just because we started here doesn’t mean we have to stay. We have been working in Ellijay off and on for roughly four years, but we are ready to make it official.

Ellijay Junk Removal Pricing

While our pricing does have a system, each job—and therefore each quote—is different from one another. We do base all of our quotes on a series of items. There are 3 things we look at for each quote:

  • Size: This is simply the size of the pile of junk you have. Generally speaking, this is where most quotes come from. Since we can only do so much work per truckload, we have to charge based on size.

  • Weight: This is because the weight of the items is how we have to pay on the back side to dispose of the items.

  • Difficulty: This one is basically how long it takes to complete the job. If you have a pile of boxes in the garage, we can complete it much quicker than if it’s in your attic.

What do we mean by cleanouts? Well, it’s pretty simple. We do all sorts of cleanouts. We do the easy stuff like hauling out your old TVs and mattresses, but we don’t stop there. Junk Generals is well-versed in doing the big ones:

  • Moving Cleanout: Are you moving and either downsizing or just getting new furniture and stuff? We are able to come through the house and go room by room, cabinet by cabinet, and closet by closet. We will remove each and every single item that is not nailed down (we can also take nailed-down items if instructed), and completely empty your house from attic to crawlspace, and everything in between.

  • Hoarder Cleanout: This one is a little more challenging. These are generally not just full, but dirty. We are able to work through houses full of dead rodents, animal messes, burned-out cigarettes, and urine bottles. Hoarder customers have a true struggle, and we are happy to help get houses like these cleaned out without judging; after all, the Lord instructs us that it is not our place to judge.

  • Yard Cleanout: These are a little different. We are not necessarily a yard work crew, but we are able to bring out a heavy-duty mower and get overgrown properties mowed down, as well as remove old sheds, decks, cars, boats, and anything else lying around back there.
